ES GLOBAL seeks a Governance & Compliance Executive to oversee governance, compliance, audits, and policy implementation across all departments.

You will conduct internal audits, review processes, and develop/update policies and SOPs while monitoring compliance and following up on audit findings. The role requires identifying risks and coordinating with department heads and external auditors for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum in business or related field.
• Experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, or process management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee governance and compliance across all departments.
• Conduct internal audits and departmental process reviews.
• Develop, review, and update company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Monitor policy implementation and departmental compliance.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Identify risks and internal control weaknesses.
• Maintain audit records and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and external auditors for continuous improvement.
