Job summary

ES GLOBAL seeks a Governance & Compliance Executive to oversee governance, compliance, audits, and policy implementation across all departments.

You will conduct internal audits, review processes, and develop/update policies and SOPs while monitoring compliance and following up on audit findings. The role requires identifying risks and coordinating with department heads and external auditors for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum in business or related field.
• Experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, or process management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, or process management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, ISO 37301 Compliance, or CIA certification would be an advantage.
