You will lead and develop the Corporate Governance function, oversee compliance, KYC, and governance professionals, and ensure a robust governance framework aligned with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate governance, compliance, or related functions, with leadership responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Corporate Governance function, managing compliance, KYC, and governance professionals.
• Own and enhance the company's governance framework, Board processes, committee structures, and delegated authority models.
• Provide senior oversight of compliance programmes covering sanctions, AML, KYC, anti-bribery, and conduct risk.
• Drive the organisation's ESG strategy, sustainability reporting, responsible trading initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with regulators, auditors, investors, banks, and senior leadership to strengthen governance and risk management practices.
• Champion a culture of ethical decision-making and corporate accountability across the organisation, driving continuous improvement in governance standards and best practices.
