Job summary

Devlats is seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant for a remote, project-based engagement. The role focuses on UAE payroll localization, statutory compliance, and seamless EC-ECP integration with SAP Payroll.

Requirements include 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll, Experience with UAE gratuity, GOSI pension calculations, and working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. IST business hours and remote delivery are expected for this project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and related modules.
• Experience implementing UAE payroll localization and labor laws.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP integration.

Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for UAE requirements.
• Manage Employee Central and ensure seamless integration with SAP Payroll.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
