Job summary

Imdaad Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Officer - Payroll & Reconciliation to lead payroll processing, reconciliation, final settlements, and related controls across UAE and GCC operations. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with WPS, and timeliness, collaborating with Finance and HR teams.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in payroll, deep knowledge of UAE regulations, experience with Oracle/HRMS, and advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of payroll experience in large-scale orgs.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations and WPS compliance.
• Experience with Oracle/HRMS and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation for a large workforce.
• Coordinate UAE and GCC payroll operations ensuring WPS compliance and statutory regulations.
• Process final settlements, employee clearances, and payroll adjustments.
• Prepare employee provision schedules, payroll variance reports, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Human Capital teams for timely payroll closure.
• Review payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrections before final processing.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support internal controls and audits.
