Job summary

Marsh UAE is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager within the Risk Management Practice. You will lead complex, multi-line insurance strategies for high-profile clients in logistics and supply chain, coordinating with global teams and insurers.

You will provide strategic risk guidance to senior stakeholders, oversee program design and placement, and mentor junior staff while driving business development and innovative risk solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance with a focus on logistics and supply chain
• Deep technical knowledge across lines including cargo, D&O, cyber and business interruption
• Experience structuring and managing multinational insurance programs and cross-border compliance
• Strong client-facing advisory skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Established network with global and regional insurers and reinsurers

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic insurance programs across multiple lines for large, multinational clients.
• Deliver industry-specific risk advisory for logistics, transportation, and supply chain exposures.
• Act as senior point of contact, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Negotiate with insurers and reinsurers to secure favorable terms and coverage.
• Coordinate global programs and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Review contracts and risk transfer terms from an insurance perspective.
• Mentor and develop team members while contributing to business growth and innovation.
