Job summary

Marsh UAE is seeking a driven Client Executive, General Lines – Assistant Vice President to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients and deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions. You will build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide client strategy and renewal planning.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in insurance, large corporate general lines experience, UAE market familiarity, and strong sales/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• 6–8 years of insurance experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in large corporate general lines insurance.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Support strategic discussions to understand client needs, risks, and priorities.
• Conduct gap analyses on client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Help develop account strategies that support client retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including risk consultants, Health & Benefits, and other specialist teams.
• Assist with renewal planning and ensure timely delivery of service commitments.
• Manage day-to-day client servicing, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where needed.
• Support invoicing, administration, and credit control matters related to client accounts.
