Job summary

The IN Group, a Dubai-headquartered international business, seeks a Head of Finance & Accounting to own group financial reporting across multiple entities and drive IFRS governance. You will lead a finance transformation, establish robust controls, and partner with executives to shape the future finance operating model.

Qualifications

• Big Four trained ACA with strong audit and financial reporting.
• 10+ years in group accounting, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-entity/multi-currency consolidations.
• Deep IFRS expertise including currency translation and statutory reporting.
• Experience building/improving financial controls, policies and governance.
• Exposure to finance transformation, centralisation or operating model redesign.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives across jurisdictions.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; leadership of teams.

We are partnering with a highly ambitious international business headquartered in Dubai that is building a world class finance organisation to support its next phase of growth. As the company expands across multiple markets and centralises key finance activities into the UAE, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Finance & Accounting to lead one of the most critical functions within the finance organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and commercially astute finance leader who wants genuine influence, visibility, and impact.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the integrity of group financial reporting across multiple international entities, drive best-in-class accounting governance, and play a leading role in a major finance transformation programme. The successful individual will help build the future finance operating model of a global business undergoing significant international growth and change.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end consolidation and financial reporting process across a diverse international group structure. You will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and reliable financial information while establishing robust governance, control frameworks, and reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions.

This position sits at the centre of the finance organisation and will play a key role in aligning regional finance teams, improving reporting disciplines, and supporting strategic decision making at executive level.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• Big Four trained ACA with a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting
• 10+ years of progressive experience across group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Proven track record leading complex multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations within international organisations
• Deep technical expertise in IFRS, including foreign currency translation, consolidation principles, and statutory reporting
• Experience building or improving financial controls, accounting policies, and reporting governance frameworks
• Exposure to finance transformation, centralisation, shared services, or operating model redesign programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence executives and finance leaders across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience operating in fast paced, high-growth, and evolving business environments
• Leadership capability with experience developing teams and driving accountability
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate technical accounting matters into clear business insight
