Job summary

Findr DXB ( Dream Jobs HR Consultant LLC) is seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive with 8–10 years of proven export sales experience in the perfume and fragrance sector to expand international markets and drive revenue.

You will develop sales strategies, identify new distributors and clients, manage the full export cycle, coordinate shipments, and ensure regulatory compliance while building lasting overseas partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of export sales experience specifically in the perfume and fragrance industry.
• Proven experience in international sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of international perfume markets, distribution channels, and export procedures.
• Experience in client acquisition, sales negotiations, and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international perfume markets.
• Identify and acquire new international clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients.
• Manage the complete export sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to order closure and shipment coordination.
• Research international markets, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, documentation, and delivery.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable international trade regulations.
• Achieve export sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
