Job summary

Raytheon Emirates Limited (REL) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Requirements & Capabilities Manager to bolster solutions, performance and customer relationships in the UAE market. You will coordinate with RTX mission areas and SBUs to align with REL objectives.

The role involves serving as the voice of the customer to UAE Air Force and managing cross-functional priorities to drive growth and practical solutions across programs and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent; 10+ years in defense sales/business development, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Good understanding of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and local cultural norms.
• Ability to leverage customer knowledge to identify growth opportunities in the UAE.
• Supports the development and execution of strategies related to business growth, program management, and product lines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
• Working knowledge of international business practices and compliance requirements including FCPA and ITAR, plus host country regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to the UAE Air Force, representing RAY at senior levels including Air Force leadership and MOD.
• Build strong customer relationships and align UAE AF operational needs with RAY capabilities.
• Lead engagement with UAE AF, U.S. Embassy, and internal SBUs as the voice of the customer.
• Develop and support marketing strategies, engagement plans, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate across SBUs and functions to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Serve as the main POC for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong communication.
• Drive collaboration across the enterprise to enhance performance, execution, and pipeline growth.
