Job summary

RTX in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Requirements & Capabilities Manager to strengthen solutions, operational performance, and customer relationships within the UAE market. You will coordinate with RTX mission areas and functional teams to support the REL strategy, engaging UAE Air Force, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7–10 years in defense sales/business development.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities in the UAE and develop/execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison and trusted adviser to the UAE Air Force, representing RTX at senior levels including Air Force leadership and MOD
• Build strong customer relationships and align UAE AF operational needs with RTX capabilities
• Lead engagement with UAE AF, U.S. Embassy, and internal SBUs as the voice of the customer
• Develop and support marketing strategies, engagement plans, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate across SBUs and functions to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions
• Serve as the main POC for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong communication
• Drive collaboration across the enterprise to enhance performance, execution, and pipeline growth
