Job summary

RTX in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Requirements & Capabilities Manager to strengthen solutions, performances, and customer relationships in the UAE. You will work with RTX mission areas and teams to support Raytheon Emirates Limited's strategy and objectives.

The role requires deep knowledge of defense markets, regulatory compliance including FCPA/ITAR, and fluency in Arabic to serve as a trusted advisor to senior UAE defense partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field with 10+ years in defense sales or business development.
Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Strong understanding of the UAE defense market, regulatory environment, and local norms.
Fluency in Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison to UAE Air Force and MOD, representing RTX at senior levels.
Develop and strengthen customer relationships; align UAE needs with RTX capabilities.
Lead engagement with UAE AF, U.S. Embassy, and internal SBUs as the voice of the customer.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, cost‑effective solutions.
Drive opportunities and growth by coordinating strategies across SBUs and functions.
