Job summary

Deel is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Equity product. You will own execution across equity data and services, partnering with engineering across EMEA and APAC to deliver scalable, compliant features.

You will translate complex equity concepts into product solutions, expand into new geographies, and integrate equity with compensation and rewards. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role in fintech and payroll.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech, payroll, or compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the Equity product across data and services.
• Drive a roadmap focused on AI, automation, scalability, and global compliance.
• Partner with engineering (EMEA and APAC) to ship high-impact features quickly.
• Collaborate with compliance, payroll, and compensation to ensure seamless integration.
• Define how equity data is ingested and modeled from external systems (Carta, Shareworks, Fidelity).
• Build and improve workflows around key equity events (vesting, reporting, compliance).
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and operational overhead.
• Support expansion into new geographies and worker types.
• Connect equity into Deel’s broader ecosystem (total rewards).
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
