Deel is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to own the operations, planning, and cross-functional alignment for platform frameworks that power multiple product teams. You will connect product, engineering, and internal stakeholders, managing a framework used across Deel.

This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, requiring exceptional communication, planning, and execution across organizational boundaries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, product management, or similar operations-heavy role.
• Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives or acting as a connector between multiple teams.
• Experience with platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with project management and planning cycles.
• Familiarity with automation, documentation, and system thinking approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health of platform frameworks and coordinate between internal teams.
• Drive end-to-end projects across product, engineering, and operations.
• Plan quarterly cycles and roadmaps across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Build systems and documentation to reduce toil and scale demand.
