Job summary

Acino is seeking a Finance Specialist in Dubai to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization. You will monitor performance, prepare management reports, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to optimize cost, inventory, and capital investments, while ensuring IFRS compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA) preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP Business One, Tagetik and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Monitor performance and provide variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior leadership.
• Drive cost optimization, product costing, inventory valuation and working capital management.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other departments to support business decisions.
