Job summary

Edenred UAE is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to initially lead the FP&A function during maternity cover, overseeing planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis, with transition to Financial Controller later.

Reporting to Head of Finance and Operations, you will drive financial insights, ensure IFRS compliance, manage audits, and lead automation via Power BI to enhance reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years FP&A experience in corporate finance.
• Experience with fintech/payments/tech or multinational organisations is advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel expertise.
• Knowledge of Power BI tools including Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Prepare monthly income reports with commentary for senior leadership.
• Review monthly P&L statements and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee annual budgeting, bi-annual forecasting, and 3-year planning.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls, and governance.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations for insights.
