Job summary

Uae Job Alert is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for a portfolio including automotive and financial services entities. The role includes building models, SAP/BPC/IFRP budgeting, and Tableau-based revenue analysis, with KPI dashboards and monthly KPI reporting.

The position reports to the Senior Manager FP&A and requires Chartered Accountant certification with at least 6 years in FP&A, preferably in automotive, financial services,

Qualifications

• CA certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 years FP&A experience.
• Experience in automotive, financial services, or rental and leasing sectors.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel/financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support for asset portfolio exceeding AED 1 billion across vehicle leasing, rental, and lending operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting across Financial Services and Rental & Leasing entities.
• Ensure timely submission of budgets and forecasts in SAP, IFRP, and BPC.
• Prepare multi-year (3- or 5-year) business plans for all entities to support fund-raising activities.
• Create monthly dashboards and KPI analyses; report variances against budgets/forecasts.
• Lead system enhancements and RFC/CR changes; drive FP&A governance and process improvements.
