Edenred UAE is seeking a senior finance professional to lead FP&A and, on maternity leave, cover the FP&A Manager role. The role will then transition into the Financial Controller, overseeing accounting, governance and reporting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, income reporting, audit coordination, VAT and IFRS compliance, and driving process improvements with Power BI dashboards. Fluent English required.

Competenze

• 7–10 years FP&A experience in corporate or commercial finance.
• Experience with fintech, payments, financial services or multinational organisations.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.

Mansioni

• Lead FP&A, including planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Cover FP&A Manager during maternity leave and transition to Financial Controller.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings; ensure accurate reporting and governance.
• Oversee audits, VAT/IFRS compliance and internal controls.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
