Job summary

Doo Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader in Dubai to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team. The role involves recruiting and training sales professionals, driving new client acquisition, and managing key accounts to ensure substantial company growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, proven leadership skills, and a strong client portfolio. Must work full-time from the Dubai office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Forex/CFD industry experience.
• Previous experience leading a sales or business development team.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate Net Deposits and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers.
• Recruit, train, and develop new sales professionals.
• Drive new client acquisition and expand the company’s IB network.
• Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Develop regional sales strategies to increase market share.
• Work closely with senior management on business expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Forex/CFD industry experience.
• Previous experience leading a sales or business development team.
• Strong existing client portfolio and extensive IB network.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently generate Net Deposits and revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of MT4, MT5, CRM systems, and brokerage operations.
• Arabic, English, Hindi, or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Must be willing to work full-time from our Dubai office.

Preferred

• Candidates who can bring an existing team of BDMs or Account Managers will be given strong preference.
• Team members with their own client portfolios, IB networks, or books of business that can transition under the Team Leader will be considered a significant advantage.
• Applicants with a proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams while generating immediate business will receive priority consideration.
