Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in fit-out.
• Experience coordinating site inspections and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project activities, ensuring alignment with objectives and specifications.
• Develop and update the Project Execution Plan to reflect project needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Arrange Kick-off Meetings with clients, manage scope changes, and obtain approvals.
• Ensure statutory compliance, maintain project documents, and oversee project closure.
• Enforce safety measures throughout project execution.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare progress reports.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed.
