Qualifications

• Vocational qualification or degree in construction management or related field.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site fit-out activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against timelines, ensuring timely project completion.
