Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee daily interior fit-out activities on-site in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate all trades, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects meet timelines and quality expectations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering, NEBOSH/OSHA certification, and 5-7 years of interior fit-out experience. Strong cost control and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification for health and safety management.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience specifically in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and finishes relevant to fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards for interior fit-out works.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site trades and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to maintain a secure workplace.
• Monitor and control project costs, tracking expenditures and identifying potential savings without compromising quality.
