Job summary

Talabat Holding is seeking a detail-oriented operator to own payment performance analytics end-to-end. The role requires rigorous data analysis, independence, and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and external partners.

You will diagnose root causes, validate claims from providers and product teams, and drive cross-functional initiatives across a fintech roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Strategy or Operations within tech/e-commerce/fintech.
• Proven ability to independently diagnose root causes behind performance issues.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product, legal, marketing, fraud, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Own payment performance analytics end-to-end, diagnosing root causes of acceptance rate shifts and acquirer anomalies.
• Validate provider and product claims through independent data analysis.
• Lead deep-dive investigations and structure findings for senior leadership.
• Drive end-to-end project execution from feasibility to rollout with cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate opportunities aligned with fintech strategy and manage execution.
