Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Strategy or Operations in tech/e‑commerce/fintech.
• Prior exposure to fintech is a requirement
• Deep working knowledge of the payments ecosystem — including acquirer processing, issuer decline logic, 3DS authentication flows, scheme rules, and settlement mechanics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL and/or Excel/Sheets at advanced level, or BI platforms) with the ability to independently build analyses, reconcile datasets, and surface insights without depending on a dedicated analytics function.

• Validate claims from payment providers, product teams, and processing partners through independent data analysis.
• Lead deep‑dive investigations into payment performance issues and operational gaps — structuring findings clearly for senior director audiences and driving resolution through cross‑functional teams.
• Drive the end‑to‑end execution of projects, from evaluating feasibility and commercial viability to supporting rollout in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Evaluate internal and external opportunities aligned with the fintech strategy, and project manage their execution.
