Talabat Holding is seeking an analytical Fintech Payments Strategy and Operations specialist to drive payment performance and coordinate fintech initiatives in Dubai. You will investigate acceptance trends, evaluate processing costs, and validate data from providers while challenging assumptions with reliable evidence.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, marketing and ops teams.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in strategy or operations within technology, ecommerce or fintech.
• Previous exposure to fintech is required.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment and data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of payment performance analysis across relevant processing activities.
• Monitor payment acceptance rates and investigate changes in performance.
• Analyze differences in transaction outcomes across acquiring partners.
• Investigate movements in cost per order and identify contributing factors.
• Examine payment processing data to understand operational and commercial performance.
• Identify unusual patterns, inconsistencies and potential performance gaps.
• Trace significant metric changes to their underlying causes.
• Develop clear findings and recommendations supported by independent analysis.
