The role requires 7 years in IT or banking with financial software experience, strong Java/SQL skills, and a track record of delivering complex financial solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in IT or banking focusing on financial software implementation.
• Proven experience with Finiq or similar platforms.
• Experience in product structuring, pricing and sales processes in banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial products—structured products, derivatives, fixed income.
• System integration and automation experience.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL or scripting for customization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finiq implementation so it aligns with bank requirements.
• Customize the Finiq platform to meet product needs and workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams on pricing and structuring.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, and trading to integrate with systems.
• Develop training materials and document configurations.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
