• Experience in techno-functional consulting across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design, functional analysis, and implementation of Finacle Core Banking modules.
• Configure and customize Finacle solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Manage module enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Coordinate with business users, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Track milestones, risks, and project dependencies.
• Provide techno-functional guidance to engineering and support teams.
