Job summary

Uniqus Consultech Inc. seeks a seasoned Accounting Advisory professional in Dubai to lead IFRS-based financial reporting engagements for Financial Services clients. You will advise on IFRS 9/15/16/17, regulatory reporting, and impairments, and prepare IFRS-compliant statements.

The role requires 7–10 years in accounting advisory/audit, 5+ years serving financial services, and strong communication and project-management skills. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–10 years in Accounting Advisory, Audit or Financial Reporting.
• 5+ years serving Financial Services clients.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Financial Services accounting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting advisory and financial reporting engagements for Financial Services clients.
• Advise on IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 17, financial instruments, impairment and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos, position papers and IFRS-compliant financial statements.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support business development, proposals and client presentations.
