Job summary

Uniqus Consultech Inc in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a Financial Services background to join our ARC team. You will deliver high-impact advisory services to FS clients across banking, insurers, asset management and fintech, focusing on IFRS matters, regulatory reporting and transaction accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) required.
• 4-6 years of experience in accounting advisory or audit, with 2-3 years working with FS clients.
• Experience in UAE or wider GCC financial services market is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact advisory services to FS clients on IFRS matters.
• Lead IFRS 9/15/16/17 implementations and advisory projects.
• Prepare and review IFRS financial statements and technical memos.
• Support budgeting and client management; assist in BD with proposals.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex reporting.
