Job summary

Uniqus Consultech Inc in Dubai is seeking a senior accounting advisory and financial reporting professional to lead engagements for Financial Services clients, focusing on IFRS and regulatory reporting.

You will manage client relationships, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-growing GCC environment.

The role requires 7-10 years in accounting advisory with strong IFRS knowledge and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7-10 years in Accounting Advisory, Audit or Financial Reporting.
• 5+ years serving Financial Services clients.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Financial Services accounting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting advisory and financial reporting engagements for Financial Services clients.
• Advise on IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17 and regulatory reporting matters.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos and IFRS financial statements.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support business development, proposals and client presentations.
