Job summary

BDO UAE is seeking an accounting advisory professional with 3–5 years of experience to assist in providing IFRS-based advisory services to a diverse client base. The role involves preparing financial statements, conducting technical research, and developing client-ready reports and presentations.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engagements, stay current on IFRS changes, and support IFRS conversions in line with local regulation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting advisory role
• Strong understanding of IFRS Accounting Standards and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with preparing financial statements under IFRS framework
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing accounting advisory services to clients across industries
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements in IFRS framework
• Conduct technical accounting research and analysis on complex topics
• Draft reports and presentations for clients summarizing findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to manage and deliver projects and client engagements
• Stay updated on changes in global accounting standards and IFRS conversion processes
