Geisinger seeks an experienced Finance Partner to drive quarterly and capital forecasting, long-range financial modeling, and performance analysis for operational leadership. You will lead reviews, deliver presentations, and promote financial acumen across business units.

You will mentor other Finance Partners, implement reporting tools, and coordinate cross‑functional project work to achieve department goals, while strengthening ROI and strategic planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quarterly forecasting, capital forecasting, and long-range financial model goals
• Lead monthly operating reviews and variance reporting
• Provide financial performance presentations to operational leadership
• Support financial acumen education for business units
• Lead implementation of financial management reporting tools
• Promote financial performance improvement initiatives
• Develop business plans and ROI financial models
• Mentor and lead other Finance Partners
• Coordinate project work and teams to ensure department goals are achieved
