Job summary

Bicycle Health is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to build flexible financial models, drive budgeting, and analyze profitability across products and payors. You will partner with C-suite to deliver executive-level insights and support strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel and BI tool experience, and a track record of managing complex financial models and scenario analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and Google Suite proficiency.
• Experience with Looker or BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles.
• Proven ability to build complex, dynamic financial models and run scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain flexible financial models for revenue, expenses, and KPI trends.
• Drive budgeting process and rolling/long-range forecast models.
• Analyze profitability by product and payor mix to identify growth opportunities.
• Support special projects including market expansion and operational efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with C-suite to provide financial metrics and executive analyses.
• Develop KPI dashboards for leadership and Board presentations.
