The role requires residency in Abu Dhabi, a finance degree and professional qualification, with extensive experience in budgeting, reporting, treasury, and compliance under UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CIMA) is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role with broad exposure.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, treasury, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisation's finance function.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

This position based in Abu Dhabi requires those with strong corporate Finance Management experience. Joining a new start up in the creative sector. you will manage the finance function from the ground up, ensuring robust financial governance, compliance, and strategic financial planning as the organisation continues to grow. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ideal candidates should already be residing in Abu Dhabi
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant position with broad exposure across financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, financial controls, and statutory compliance.
• Experience establishing or improving finance processes and controls is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Previous experience within the government, semi-government, or regulated sector would be advantageous.
