Job summary

Talent Higher in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, controls and commercial finance across the business.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, a leadership track, and UAE experience with IFRS, VAT and Corporate Tax. You will partner with senior management on strategic decisions and manage a high-impact finance team in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CMA qualification is mandatory
• 10+ years of finance experience including a leadership role
• Experience within a digital/advertising/media agency or similar professional services environment
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow and commercial finance
• Practical UAE experience with IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, audit and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior management on strategic, financial and commercial decision-making
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and scenario analysis
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial dashboards, board packs and executive reports
• Monitor profitability, revenue quality, margins, operating costs, cash flow and working capital
• Provide commercial analysis for new client contracts, pricing, investments, partnerships and growth initiatives
• Oversee accounting quality, financial controls, IFRS compliance, audit coordination, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders
• Strengthen governance, approval processes, risk controls and documentation standards
• Drive improvements in ERP systems, reporting tools, automation and financial data quality
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while ensuring timely delivery of financial deadlines

• Previous experience within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency or similar professional-services environment is essential


• Strong experience in management reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow and commercial finance


• Practical UAE experience with IFRS, VAT, Corporate Tax, audit and internal controls


• Exposure to multi-entity reporting, ERP systems, automation and process improvement


• Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting financial insights to leadership


• Advanced Excel and reporting/BI skills


• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
