You will establish governance, drive financial planning and build scalable processes to support growth and senior stakeholder partnership.

The role requires residency in Abu Dhabi, a finance degree and professional qualification, with extensive experience in budgeting, reporting, treasury, and compliance under UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CIMA) is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role with broad exposure.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, treasury, and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organisation's finance function.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, governance standards and audits.
• Coordinate external audits with auditors and regulators.
• Oversee financial risk management and mitigation.
• Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic decisions.
• Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Help implement finance systems and reporting frameworks.
• Build and develop the finance team as the organisation grows.
