Job summary

ADIV Human Resources Consultancies, L.L.C invites an experienced Finance Manager to drive financial performance across the Group in a senior, hands-on leadership role.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, IFRS, tax and treasury, and partner with senior leaders to improve revenue, margins and ROI through ERP, automation and finance transformation initiatives, while developing and mentoring finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience working with CFOs, CEOs, boards, shareholders or business owners.
• Strong experience in multi-entity / multinational / diversified businesses.
• Excellent knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting, treasury, controls, taxation and commercial finance.
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge.
• UAE/GCC experience, including UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling, ERP and BI capabilities.
• Experience in finance transformation, automation or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Salary on Offer: AED 20k- 25k + medical, visa and ticket for self only (NO BONUS)
