Michael Page is seeking a senior financial leader to shape strategy and drive performance in a capital-intensive business in Abu Dhabi. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and governance, while managing treasury and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, oversee audits, taxes and drive finance transformation, with a focus on cost control and strategic investment decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with a preferred professional qualification.
• Significant financial management and leadership experience in capital-intensive or B2B industries.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, construction, or industrial services environments.
• Strong controllership, treasury, cash flow, reporting and regulatory compliance background.
• Knowledge of IFRS and UAE taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing statutory audits with Big4 or Big10.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial strategy and drive business performance across a capital-intensive business.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Ensure robust controls, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, banking relationships and working capital.
• Provide commercial and financial insights to support planning and investments.
• Lead statutory audits, tax compliance and financial reporting obligations.
• Partner with operations to monitor performance and cost improvement.
• Develop and coach the finance team and promote accountability.
• Support finance transformation and ERP/system improvements.
