Job summary

Michael Page in Dubai is recruiting a senior FP&A leader who will head the Group's planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management, reporting to the Group CFO and partnering with senior leadership across multiple entities.

You will drive financial insight, lead consolidation, develop KPIs, and steer strategic decisions, with responsibility for mentoring the FP&A team and delivering board-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, management reporting and business performance management.
• Experience leading group consolidation across multiple entities in UAE.
• Proven track record presenting to Boards and Executive Committees.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the Group with consolidation.
• Develop performance measurement frameworks and KPIs; provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and executive presentations for Board meetings.
• Drive group-wide financial performance analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage FP&A team and collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT.
