Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Senior Fertilizer Trader based in Dubai to originate supply from producers and manage international trading of fertilizers and minerals. You will lead sourcing, market analysis, contract negotiations, and logistics, leveraging a global supplier and buyer network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field.
Additional qualifications in commodity trading, logistics, or finance are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Source supply directly from producers and suppliers across established markets.
Identify, develop and execute profitable trading opportunities in fertilizer and minerals.
Manage the full trade lifecycle from sourcing to sales and logistics.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and customers.
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely shipments.
Develop and maintain relationships with regional and international players.
