Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in international commodity trading, with fertilizer/chemical/mineral markets.
• Strong experience in sourcing, origination, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with international buyers, distributors, importers, and end-users.
• Identify new customers and trading partners across key markets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts; manage the full trade lifecycle from procurement to delivery.
• Monitor market intelligence, pricing, and supply conditions to structure profitable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
