Job summary

Misr Abu Dhabi is seeking a Facility & Maintenance Manager to lead a broad range of facilities across assets in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role will oversee contractors, ensure HSE compliance, and drive maintenance strategies to optimize uptime.

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years in facility management with at least 5 years in leadership, strong MEP and asset-management knowledge, and a track record in real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Facility Management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience within the Real Estate sector.
• Strong expertise in MEP, asset management, predictive maintenance, and operations best practices.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, procurement and facility service contracts.
• Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance.
• PM/LEED certifications such as PMP or LEED are considered an advantage.
