Job summary

Wasael Property Management is seeking a senior technical leader to drive design and engineering excellence across large-scale developments in the UAE. You will coordinate across architecture, structures, MEP, and other disciplines, ensuring programs meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

You will set technical standards, manage consultant teams, and liaise with authorities to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Relevant professional accreditation or chartered status would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership and direction across assigned projects and developments.
• Oversee technical aspects of projects from concept and design development through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead the review and coordination of architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Establish technical strategies, standards, specifications, and procedures in line with project and organizational requirements.
• Review designs, technical submissions, drawings, specifications, and value engineering proposals to ensure quality, functionality, constructability, and compliance.
