Job summary

CB&I in Dubai seeks a Senior Expeditor to oversee expediting deliverables across projects, ensuring contractual obligations are met and schedules are adhered to. The role requires deep knowledge of expediting processes within EPC contexts and effective coordination with procurement, engineering, and suppliers.

The Senior Professional (P3) will lead supplier communications, track delivery milestones, and maintain accurate records and reports for the Project Team, aiming to optimize material flows

Qualifications

• 8+ Yrs. In Supply Chain; 6+ years in EPC industry in similar field.
• Demonstrates a knowledge of the expediting process as related to procurement.
• Ability to effectively communicate to procurement personnel and non-procurement personnel.

Responsibilities

• Review PO delivery requirements to assure quality and project requirements are met.
• Coordinate expediting and supplier deliveries to match project schedule requirements and shop demands.
• Includes accurate and timely expediting of Purchase Orders and MTRs.
• Coordinate source inspections and notifications as necessary to client, and ensure iDocs is always up to date with source inspector records, signed certs and supplier inspection records.
• Prepare, update and issue comprehensive progress reports on timely basis.
