• Experience working with VP Talent Acquisition.
• Proven track record closing senior-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Map markets properly.
• Find candidates others cannot.
• Build interest from a cold start.
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Manage senior candidates through to close.
• Run a highly organised, systematic desk.
• Keep every search, follow-up and pipeline under control.
• Use AI properly across research, sourcing and outreach.
• Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.
