Job summary

Top Luxury Property LLC in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Real Estate Recruiter to own and optimize the recruitment function for premium real estate professionals. You will source, screen and onboard experienced Property Consultants, Team Leaders and Sales Managers, leveraging strong market knowledge and networking to deliver quality candidates.

The role requires proactive, target-driven recruitment with deep understanding of Dubai’s brokerage landscape and commission-based sales structures.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with strong experience in Dubai real estate recruitment.
Proven ability to attract, interview and onboard experienced real estate professionals.
Strong understanding of Dubai real estate brokerage market and candidate sourcing channels.
Comfort with commission-based sales structures and KPI-driven targets.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment process for Dubai real estate professionals, building a strong pipeline.
Screen, interview and assess candidates for suitability and performance potential.
Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
