Job summary

Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai is seeking a Senior Executive - Conference & Events to coordinate medium to large-scale events (up to 1000 guests) and act as the primary client liaison for seamless execution.

You will collaborate with F&B, Rooms, AV, and Security to ensure all arrangements meet our premium standards. Strong English skills and a degree in hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event coordination or conference services within luxury hospitality.
• Certification in Event Planning or Project Management would be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medium to large-scale events (up to 1000 guests), ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned events, managing client requirements and providing timely updates.
• Prepare detailed event orders, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with hotel standards.
• Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients and internal teams to finalize arrangements.
• Liaise with internal departments (F&B, Rooms, AV, Security) to ensure all event requirements are met.
