THA Venues, Parks & Resorts in Dubai seeks a senior leader with 10–15 years in event management, experiential or brand activation agencies. The role requires at least 5 years in a senior leadership position and a proven track record delivering large-scale corporate and government events in the UAE/GCC.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams across accounts, events, production and creative, win new business, oversee budgets and P&L, and mentor a growing team toward a COO-level career path.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years in event management, experiential or brand activation agencies.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Account Director, Head of Events or similar).
• Proven track record delivering large-scale corporate and government events in the UAE/GCC.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across accounts, events, production and creative.
• Win new business, manage pitches, proposals and contracts.
• Oversee budgets, P&L, costing and gross profit targets.
• Grow the business and client network within UAE/GCC, preparing for COO progression.
