Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Creative Manager to translate high-end and boutique event concepts into practical, buildable environments in Dubai. You will lead with the international design team and oversee local suppliers, fabricators and production partners to ensure the vision is delivered on site.

The role is freelance with potential to become permanent and involves hands-on site work, drawings, site visits and problem-solving during build and installation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event design, creative production, experiential events or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Experience on both large-scale and boutique or high-end events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event concepts in the UAE with the international design team.
• Produce and review technical drawings and design concepts using SketchUp, AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Source, brief and coordinate local suppliers, fabricators and production partners.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements and identify technical/logistical considerations.
