Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the preparation, review, and submission of cost estimates for civil, landscaping, and infrastructure projects. You will ensure bids are technically compliant, commercially competitive, and aligned with client requirements and GCL standards.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of estimation experience in civil, landscaping, infrastructure or construction sectors.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in reading drawings, specifications and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and pricing schedules for civil, landscaping, and infra works.
• Review tender documents and ensure technical and commercial compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive quotations.
• Mentor junior estimators and review their estimates.
• Prepare tender clarifications, inclusions, exclusions, and value-engineering proposals.
• Maintain cost databases and support bid strategies with engineering input.
